1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering a Unibet account or using any services offered by Unibet Malaysia, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. This includes all supplementary guidelines, game rules, bonus policies and any other documents published on the Unibet platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (as the user) and Unibet Malaysia (as the platform operator). Your continued use of the Unibet platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2Account Registration Eligibility

To register for and use Unibet's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list or any known exclusion list recognised by Unibet.
• Registering with accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information.
• Never previously held a Unibet account that was closed due to a terms violation.

3Account Registration & Verification

During the Unibet account registration process, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including your full name, date of birth, an active Malaysian phone number and a valid email address. This information will be used for identity verification purposes (KYC — Know Your Customer) in accordance with international standards.

Unibet reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits. Documents that may be requested include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), valid passport, or payment supporting documents.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time.
• Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and all balances may be forfeited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other individual.
• Unibet reserves the right to suspend any account under suspicion while an investigation is in progress.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Unibet Malaysia accepts a range of local payment methods for deposits into your account. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the Unibet account holder.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet (minimum deposit: RM10)
• GrabPay (minimum deposit: RM10)
• Boost eWallet (minimum deposit: RM10)
• ShopeePay (minimum deposit: RM10)
• DuitNow (minimum deposit: RM10)
• FPX Online Banking — Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major banks (minimum: RM20)

Successful deposits are typically credited to your Unibet account within seconds to a few minutes. Unibet is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. No processing fees are charged by Unibet for deposits.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Unibet account are subject to the following conditions. All withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or another method verified in the account holder's name.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM30
• Processing time for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow): 15–30 minutes
• Processing time for FPX bank transfer: 1–24 business hours
• Accounts that have not completed full KYC may be subject to withdrawal limits until verification is finalised.
• Unibet does not charge any fees for standard withdrawals.

Unibet reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal request if there is any suspicious activity, a breach of terms, or if the KYC process has not been completed. In such cases, Unibet will notify the player via their registered email address.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Unibet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to Malaysian members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly rebates, free spins, and prize tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each promotion.

General bonus terms:

1. Wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x depending on the type of promotion.
2. The timeframe for meeting wagering requirements is between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
3. Not all games contribute at the same rate toward wagering requirements — please check the specific terms of each promotion.
4. Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
5. Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
6. Unibet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the Unibet platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, football betting, lottery, and virtual sports — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found in the relevant game information.

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Using automation software, bots or any unauthorised tools to play or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems (bonus abuse).
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information to the support team or during the KYC process.
• Placing arbitrage bets that violate bonus terms.

All game outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system independently verified by international testing bodies, ensuring every round is fully random and fair to all players.

8Responsible Gambling

• Game Break — suspend your account for a set period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — close your account for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Unibet reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months (subject to the inactive account policy).
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the account holder.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting Unibet's customer support team via live chat. Any valid funds (excluding bonus funds) remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player via a verified payment method.

10Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software on the Unibet platform are the property of Unibet or its licensed third-party content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the Unibet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Distributing, modifying, publishing, or reproducing any Unibet content.
• Using platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from Unibet.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or decrypting any software on the platform.

11Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Unibet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Unibet endeavours to keep the platform running without interruption, Unibet makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.

To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, Unibet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Loss of funds due to the account holder's own negligence or security breach.
• Service disruptions caused by third parties, including internet service providers or financial institutions.
• Any losses arising from technical failures beyond Unibet's control.

12Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

Unibet reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Unibet platform after any changes are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Unibet platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any disputes arising shall be resolved through the appropriate process under Unibet's complaint resolution procedure.
